Home renovations: around $150 per sq. ft.
Commercial renovations: around $200 per sq. ft.
Medical and dental renovations: around $250 per sq. ft.
Home additions: around $400 per sq. ft.These are general estimates based on the square footage actually being renovated, not necessarily the total square footage of the home or building.
Kitchens and bathrooms are priced individually because costs can vary significantly depending on the design, layout, finishes, fixtures, and overall size of the space. Final pricing is provided after we review the project details.
